Should we have each state design and launch their own weather satellites? How about the U.S. power grid? Is money spent to make a smart, redundant, reliable U.S. electricity grid by DOE unconstitutional? Would 50 separate state grids work better? I've read the writings of the founding fathers, and I don't know 1 of them who want us to tackle problems inefficiently at the state level just because the founders lacked prescience about infrastructure developments.
