I really see the tenth amendment as issue neutral because it is possible that in one state to allow a contriversal topic like gay marriage and another to deny which is why the republican party is ignoring this. They like it when the tenth amendment can be used to block health care reform but don't like it when it is used for gay marriage.

Convenience the angry and patriotic americans out there that the solotion to a government oversteping its bounds is not in the same goverment, needs to be a top priorty.

I don't believe simply supporting state legislators into doing this will be enough we will also need to replace a great many of them in a great many states.

At the same time our states need to begin making preparations for the worse possible senereo. Start looking into the State national guard for possible individuals and people who might show loyalty to the federal government first and slowly work them out.

Our founding fathers did this before the american revolution well in advance knowing that it may one day lead to a sittuation where the central government(then British empire) would try to uses such units against us.

We need to start thinking a few steps a head and prepare for the worse case options in order to prevent that from happening. If your already in State government talk with the agent general and top officers find out where their first loyally and do what you can to insure their loyalty are where the constitution says it should be, the State government and liberty.

This should be an easy task given the constitution gives the state the rights to select all officers and conduct training but it is sadly a precautionary but necessary one.
We must insure that our own forces will not one day be used against us, and that if it is ever necessary and I hope it never will be they will do their Job and defend us and themselves from tyranny.
