You might want to tell the House of Delegates that they need to amend or correct the resolution to correctly state in all appropriate places "the Constitution FOR the United States" as there has never been (according to the document called the Constitution at the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, D.C.) a "Constitution OF the United States of America". That would mean that every state was OWNED by the Constitution itself and not sovereign at all.

Gregory - that's one of the biggest reasons for the 10th amendment - it reaffirms the rights of people, in their respective states, to determine what's best for them, locally. One size fits all solutions for such a huge nation can only lead to tyranny.

i am a resident of virginia and this as all the others have to pass a compulsory state law to close federal reserve offices, stopaccepting federal note currency, coin and print currency backed by gold and silver with gold/silver certificate currency for internal / external trade. we should call all home all federal soldiers in the federal military. along with other states reinstitute the us constitution with the bill of rights but repealing the section in the constitution that we should should borrow. also the state of virginia stop collecting the federal income tax from its people, finally this state close concentration camps in fredericksburg, petersburg and east/western henrico county.
